SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Introduction

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through Easychair. This page outlines detailed steps to ensure your submission is complete and accepted for review.

Submission Steps

  • - Create a Easychair account: Account Creation

  • - Prepare your manuscript following the Author Guidelines

  • - Log in to the conference Easychair page: * submission link will be coming shortly

  • - Fill in the required metadata: title, abstract, keywords, authors, affiliations

  • - Upload PDF and source files (Word/LaTeX)

  • - Confirm all authors are listed correctly and AI usage is disclosed (if any)

  • - Submit the paper and wait for acknowledgment from the system

Review Process

  • - Single-blind peer review conducted by the Technical Program Committee

  • - Evaluation includes originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance

  • - Authors will be notified via E-mail regarding acceptance or rejection.

Camera-ready & Registration

  • - Accepted papers require camera-ready submission by the given deadline

  • - At least one author must register for the conference to include the paper in proceedings

  • - All authors must complete copyright transfer forms.
